1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment (shipping confirmation) to return your item(s).
Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Return packages will be inspected upon delivery, and we may refuse the refund; it will only be issued on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refunds and Store Credit
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or you may opt for store credit for the full purchase amount.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund/store credit to be issued.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. How to Initiate a Return
